Newburgh Parish Council election has taken place for 2026. All eight seats were up for election and following the deadline for nominations on 9 April 2026, it has been announced that there will be an uncontested election.

There will be an uncontested election for Newburgh Parish Council this year. Five nomination papers were submitted by the deadline, which is less than the eight seats up for election. Congratulations to the five, who will take up their roles officially on Monday 11 May 2026. It is hoped that the three vacant positions will be filled during the year.
